Six reasons clientsship with us.
No assembly-line shop. No layered sales pitch. Just the six things that actually matter on a quote.
Fast lead times
Quotes inside one business day. Production scheduled to your deadline, not ours.
Precision machining
Multi-axis platforms running calibrated tooling and inspected workholding on every setup.
Multi-axis capability
4-axis milling and live-tool turning consolidate operations into fewer setups and tighter parts.
Tight tolerances
Sub-thousandth tolerances held repeatably. CMM-verified before any part leaves the floor.
Responsive communication
Direct line to engineering. No call trees, no portals, no waiting on a sales rep.
New Jersey based
Domestic shop, domestic material, full traceability. Built in Elizabeth, NJ.
OUR PROCESS.
Five disciplined stages between every quote and shipment.
- Step 01 of 05 — DESIGN: Engineering Review. Every print is reviewed by our engineering team before quoting.
- Step 02 of 05 — SOURCING: Material Procurement. Domestic and certified material sourcing for full traceability.
- Step 03 of 05 — PRODUCTION: Precision Machining. CNC programming, setup, and machining on calibrated equipment.
- Step 04 of 05 — VERIFICATION: Inspection & QC. First-article inspection, CMM verification, full documentation.
- Step 05 of 05 — FULFILLMENT: Delivery. Packaged and shipped to your specifications, with lead times agreed at quote.
Built in New Jersey.Trusted Worldwide.

PBFMACHINE is a family-owned precision machining shop operating out of New Jersey since our founding. We exist for one reason: to manufacture parts that meet the unforgiving tolerances modern industry demands.
Our floor combines decades of operator experience with multi-axis CNC platforms, full in-house inspection, and disciplined process controls developed over decades of shop-floor practice. Every part that ships carries our name.
When tolerance is non-negotiable and lead time matters, the right shop makes all the difference. We are that shop.
We are that shop.
